- Provide technical support for assigned products and accounts
- Perform product technical evaluations, equipment delivery and installations, preventive and corrective equipment maintenance, product demonstrations, end-user/customer training
- Support the company’s various sales and marketing activities.
Minimum Qualifications
- • Education: Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering (ECE), Electrical Engineering (EE), Computer Engineering (CpE), or a related Engineering degree (Professional licensure/board exam is a plus, but not required).
• Technical Literacy: Fluent ability to read, interpret, and trace complex circuit diagrams and block schematics instantly without guidance.
• Component-Level Skills: Advanced hands-on capabilities in isolating, diagnosing, and repairing faulty electronic modules and components.
• Tool Mastery: Proficient and completely independent in using digital multimeters, oscilloscopes, signal generators, and other standard diagnostic equipment.
• Professional Presentation: Sharp, well-groomed, and highly presentable demeanor suitable for corporate offices and sterile hospital environments.
• Client Credibility: Professional, confident, and reliable personality that easily commands trust from doctors, clinic managers, and equipment owners.
• Communication Skills: Articulate and polite verbal skills with the ability to translate complex technical problems into simple terms for medical staff.
• Crisis Management: Calm, objective, and diplomatic composure when handling frustrated or high-pressure clients during critical machine downtime emergencies.
• Autonomy & Resourcefulness: High learning agility and problem-solving resourcefulness to decipher and service unfamiliar machinery using core electronic principles from day one.
• Experience Requirement: In-depth electronics repair and hardware troubleshooting experience is a major advantage (open to non-medical equipment backgrounds).
• Location Preference: Candidates residing in Northern Metro Manila (e.g., Caloocan, Malabon, Navotas, Valenzuela, or Quezon City) will be given priority preference. - Must know how to drive, must hv valid license
