Job Description

The role involves software development, production support, troubleshooting, testing, deployment assistance, and infrastructure support activities for enterprise banking systems used by financial institutions.

The position supports enterprise banking platforms and related systems in coordination with developers, implementation teams, technical support personnel, and business analysts.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Support maintenance and enhancement activities for enterprise banking systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve production-related issues
• Perform software development, maintenance programming, and bug-fixing activities
• Assist in SQL queries and database-related activities
• Participate in system testing, validation, and deployment activities
• Provide technical and operational support for live systems
• Coordinate with developers, business analysts, and implementation teams
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures
• Support server, infrastructure, and system monitoring activities
• Participate in implementation and post-deployment support activities
• Perform other technical and operational duties as assigned

Preferred Technical Skills ((Advantage but Not Required)

• Java programming

• PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server
• Linux server familiarity

• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work in a production support and operations-oriented environment
• Willingness to learn enterprise banking systems and legacy applications
• Ability to undergo training and manage multiple technical responsibilities
• Experience in software development or technical support is an advantage
• Open to fresh graduates
