- Processing of permits and payables based on agreed lead time coupled with accuracy and efficiency
- Manage relationships with external and government agencies in terms of processing of liabilities through regular procedures
- Prepare payable vouchers, encode on the payment system, and perform reconciliation and resolution
- Prepare monthly reports and other summary tools/reports to help management on decision-making
- Perform clerical tasks and support Petty Cash Fund team
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any business-related Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Accounting or Finance
- Preferably with 1-3 years experience as a Liaison Officer or similar role in Retail or Food and Beverage Industry
- Knowledgeable on BIR reporting and compliance as well as various LGU ordinances and statutes
- Preferably familiar with Google Workspace and SAP
- Willing to travel to various Mary Grace Café locations and government agencies. Having a motorcycle driver's license is an advantage
- Open to a 5-day compressed work week (48 hours/week) and onsite work at our Head Office in San Martin de Porres, Parañaque City
