Job Description

We're looking for a new graduate who's been making videos and exploring AI image and video tools. Maybe you've shot short films, edited content for TikTok or YouTube, played with Runway, Kling, or ElevenLabs, or made AI-generated images for fun. You'll spend your days creating images and videos, building workflows with the latest AI tools, and helping shape new AI-powered products and apps. This is a discovery-oriented role: you'll be one of the first hires defining how we use AI to make compelling creative work at scale.

Job responsibilities:

  • Edit and produce video content. Create compelling short-form videos, motion content, and visual assets — combining traditional editing craft with AI generation tools to deliver work that meets creative standards across digital, social, and product channels.
  • Create AI-generated images and visuals. Produce stills and motion content using AI image and video generation platforms. Develop the visual instincts to push past default AI outputs and toward intentional, on-brief work.
  • Build and document AI creative workflows. Design end-to-end production pipelines using AI tools like Kling (video), Nano Banana (image), and ElevenLabs (voice). Streamline workflows, optimize output quality, and document what works so the team can replicate and scale.
  • Support AI-driven product development. Collaborate with R&D and IT on AI-powered products and features built for external/market-facing use. Translate creative concepts into proof-of-concept assets that inform product direction.
  • Develop prompt engineering and tool fluency. Build expertise in prompting, model selection, and parameter tuning across image, video, and voice tools. Maintain a working library of prompts, references, and visual style guides.
  • Learn and explore AI continuously. Track emerging AI models, techniques, and platforms. Run small experiments to test new tools, push toward more compelling outputs, and share findings with the team — your curiosity directly shapes our creative capabilities.

You don't need to know all of these on day one — but you should know some, and want to learn the rest.

  • Image generation: Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Leonardo, Ideogram, Stable Diffusion, DALL·E, Nano Banana, OpenArt
  • Video generation: Runway, Sora, Pika, Kling, Luma, HeyGen, Synthesia
  • Voice & audio: ElevenLabs
  • Design platform: Canva AI Pro

Minimum Qualifications

  • Recent graduate (any field). We're more interested in what you've been making than what your degree says.
  • Has edited or produced at least one short video that you're proud of — TikTok, YouTube, school short, freelance project, or personal work all count.
  • Already using AI tools for image and/or video generation. Show us what you've made.
  • Strong visual instincts: composition, pacing, color, motion, edit rhythm.
  • Curious about how AI works — not just how to prompt it, but how to build with it.
  • Comfortable working in ambiguity and learning new tools fast.
