- Work with designers to develop digital user interfaces that make sense and are engaging to browse
- Create web pages from wireframes using best CSS and HTML practices
- Design intuitive webpage behaviors using Javascript
- Build reusable code and libraries for future use
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
- Accurately estimate stories and tasks considering their level of effort, complexity, and uncertainty
- Debrief on team performance and make small, incremental changes to support improvements.

- Deep understanding of web markup, including HTML5 and CSS3
- Good understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS
- Solid understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks
- Solid understanding of libraries and frameworks that are crucial to our stack, specifically ReactJS
- Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX
- Excellent understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them
- Considerable experience working with Photoshop and other UI/UX tools
- Knowledge in mobile responsive using flex, grid and containers etc.
- Knowledge in mobile app development, preferably react-native and expo cli
