Accounting Assistant  

- Manage and maintain the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial records.

- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.

- Perform reconciliations of accounts and resolve discrepancies.

- Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and variances.

- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.

- Ensure compliance with Accounting principles and regulatory requirements.

- Collaborate with auditors during financial audits.

- Oversee accounts receivable transactions.

- Support financial decision-making by providing insights and recommendations.

- Stay updated on Accounting standards and industry best practices.

- Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Accountancy.

- Previous experience in an accounting or finance role preferred.

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial record-keeping.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
