Key Responsibilities:

1. Online Medical Consultation

• Provide professional medical consultations via chat-based telemedicine platform.
• Assess patient conditions accurately through online interactions.
• Deliver evidence-based medical advice and treatment plans.

1. Online Sick Leave & E-Prescription

• ⁠Issue online medical certificates (sick leave letters) in accordance with applicable medical regulations.
• Provide electronic prescriptions when medically appropriate.
• Ensure compliance with Thailand medical and telehealth regulations.

1. Clinical Documentation & Compliance

• Maintain accurate digital medical records.
• Ensure patient confidentiality and data privacy standards are upheld.
• ⁠Follow standard operating procedures (SOP) for telemedicine services.

1. Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

• Communicate effectively in English with the international management team.
• Participate in training, case discussions, and telemedicine development programs.
• Contribute to improving telehealth service quality and patient experience.

2. Have an active medical license in Thailand
3. Local Thailand
4. English speaking level sufficient for communicate with the international management team.
