Tech Stack and Tools

• Languages/Frameworks: Ruby, Go, TypeScript, Python, Ruby On Rails, React, Vite, webpack, and etc.
• Infrastructure: AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, Helm, Aurora, BigQuery, and etc.
• Tools: Claude code, Argo CD, Bugsnag, Datadog, Redash, and etc.

Responsibilities

• Is willing to learn new technologies, tools, and concepts and seeks feedback as needed to complete their tasks.
• Solves clearly defined, self-contained technical problems with/without guidance.
• Ability to rapidly adapt to the new age of AI-driven development.

Qualifications

• Open to Fresh Graduates or Engineers with 1–3 years of software development experience.

• You are autonomous and don't wait to be told what to do. You actively seek out solutions and are eager to master new technologies.

• You have a natural curiosity for user experience. You don’t just want to know how to code a feature; you want to know why it helps the user.
• You thrive in fast-paced environments and see change as an opportunity to learn rather than a hurdle.
• Ability to work in a Hybrid Setup (at least 3 days onsite in Makati from Monday to Friday).

Hiring Process

1. Code Exam: Show us your technical logic and problem-solving skills.

2. Technical Interview: A deep dive into your engineering experience and the "how" behind your code.

3. Culture Fit Interview: Let’s talk about your values, your product mindset, and how you align with freee’s mission.
4. Final Interview: A final in-person interview with Likha’s President and Engineering Head.
