- Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability studies to understand user needs and preferences;
- Analyze and interpret data to inform design decisions and improvements;
- Iterate on designs based on feedback and testing results;
- Develop visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces that align with brand guidelines;
- Define and implement user personas and journey maps to enhance overall user experience;
- Optimize information architecture and navigation for intuitive user interactions;
- Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather insights and validate design decisions;
- Create and deliver wireframes, UX flows, mockups, interactive prototypes, design specifications, final assets, and personas;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, engaging with users, product managers, and development teams to design and deliver products;
- Work closely with project leads and developers to define and articulate tasks, supporting the rapid delivery of products and experiences;
- Assist project managers in user and customer discovery activities;
- Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design; and
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related-field and/or successful completion of a reputable coding bootcamp or similar intensive training program
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and other front-end development technologies
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
- Proven experience in user experience design for web, desktop, or mobile applications
- Showcase a portfolio demonstrating your UX process and successful product outcomes
- Familiarity with a range of tools and a willingness to adapt to new tools as needed
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a dynamic environment
- Strong understanding of web technologies
