- Manage and coordinate projects.
- Analyzing, creating, and coordinating project preparations such as budgeting, human resources allocation, and other facility needs.
- Develop and manage the project schedule and work plan.
- Monitor project progress and performance.
- Coordinate sprint and problem-solving project problems.
- Evaluate project implementation.
- Follow-up project evaluation.
- Develop programs/activities that are run.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum S1 with Management or Business Administration major.
- Currently pursuing a Master’s in Technology Management is a plus.
- Minimum experience of 2 years.
- Have good communication and coordination skills.
- Have problem-solving skills.
- Have experience in leading projects.
- Able to think analytically.
- Used to managing and coordinating project schedules.
- Have an experience in monitoring and evaluating program.
