- Identify, approach, and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients in the beauty, lifestyle, and women’s product sectors.
- Develop customized sales proposals, sponsorship packages, and booth offerings aligned with client needs and event objectives.
- Conduct sales presentations and negotiations to secure booth space, sponsorships, and partnerships for beauty-related events or exhibitions.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, creative, and operations) to ensure smooth execution of client deliverables and commitments.
- Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports, client databases, and follow-up records.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the beauty and lifestyle industry to identify new business opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through strategic planning and relationship management.
- Participate in onsite event operations when required to ensure client satisfaction and deliverables execution.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 1 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in events, exhibitions, or sponsorship sales.
- Knowledge of women’s products, lifestyle, and beauty industry.
- Strong sales portfolio with successful track record in selling booth spaces or sponsorship packages.
- Excellent skills in proposal writing, sales kit preparation, and deal closing.
- Outstanding presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in database management, reporting, and follow-up activities.
- Results-driven & target-oriented
