Sales Marketing Officer at Multimedia Nusantara School  

Sales Marketing Officer responsible for developing, planning, and executing marketing plans to obtain enrollment targets for preschool and primary school students at Multimedia Nusantara School determined by the organization and providing information services to students' parents.

• Bachelor's degree in Communication Science or Management
• At least three years experience in marketing (preferable in school)
• Ability to think creatively in preparing and implementing strategic planning for recruitment programs appropriately and regularly, online and offline, to increase student enrollment targets
• Have good analytical and strategic skills to monitor and analyze the effectiveness of recruitment programs in increasing student enrollment targets
• Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to build good relationships and make prospective parents interested in enrolling their children in Multimedia Nusantara School
• Have the ability to build and maintain good relationships with the media and school partners
• Ability to conduct market research and analyze competitors to identify Multimedia Nusantara School growth opportunities and improve marketing strategies
• Ability to prepare and manage budgets for marketing activities
• Ability to utilize technology and increase knowledge of the latest technological developments that support promotional activities
• Persistent to work to achieve student enrollment targets
• Fluent in English, both oral and written
