- Manage and oversee the day-to-day people operations and Internal Communications & Events, including planning, promotion, and implementation of Company Culture Initiatives
- Prepare and reconcile monthly, quarterly, and annual cost and budget reports related to Company Culture Initiatives and Internal Communications - must be done on a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with relevant people operations and accounting standards, laws, and regulations
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors and regulatory bodies
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency of promoting Company Culture Initiatives and Internal Communications
Minimum Qualifications
- Degree in Communications / Marketing or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the IT / Shared Services industry
- Proficient in employee net promoter score or any similar employee satisfaction index review and analysis
- Proficient / Expert in Google Sheets and data processing
- Professional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
