Job Description

1. HR Strategy Development

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's goals.
  • Forecast HR needs based on business objectives.

2. Talent Management

  • Oversee talent acquisition, ensuring the recruitment of top talent.

  • Lead efforts to build a positive and productive workplace culture.
  • Develop leadership and management training programs.

4. Employee Relations

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

5. Compensation and Benefits

  • Design and manage compensation structures that attract and retain talent.

Minimum Qualifications

1. Education and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree: Typically in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
