Automation Developer  

We are seeking an experienced Automation Developer with strong hands-on expertise in either UiPath and/or N8N to independently design, develop, deploy, and support enterprise-grade RPA solutions. This role requires the ability to own automation initiatives end-to-end, while ensuring high-quality, secure, and scalable automation delivery.

Practical exposure to Agentic AI solutions is an added advantage.

End-to-End Automation Development

• Independently design, develop, test, and deploy end-to-end solutions using UiPath and N8N.
• Translate business requirements and process documentation into robust, scalable automation solutions.
• Build reusable components, libraries, and frameworks to support long-term automation scalability.

Bot Support & Production Maintenance

• Provide Level 3 support for production bots, including issue investigation, root cause analysis, and resolution.
• Proactively identify and resolve performance, stability, and security issues.

System Integration

• Design and implement integrations with enterprise systems including web applications, desktop applications, APIs, databases, and file-based systems.
• Handle structured and unstructured data using files (Excel, CSV, PDF), email, queues, and Orchestrators.

Code Quality & Best Practices

• Enforce automation development standards, coding best practices, and security guidelines.
• Ensure proper exception handling, logging, retry mechanisms, and auditing are in place.

Testing & Deployment

• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing.
• Manage deployment across development, test, and production environments.
• Support change management and release activities related to RPA and automation solutions.

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with RPA and automation development using UiPath or N8N.
• Proven ability to work independently and deliver automation solutions end-to-end with minimal supervision.
• Strong understanding of:
  • Complete RPA lifecycle (assessment, design, development, testing, deployment, support)
  • Exception handling, logging, orchestration, and queue management
• Solid experience with:
  • UiPath Orchestrator or Automation (scheduling, monitoring, credential management)
  • N8N automation workflow;
  • Web, desktop and file-based automation
  • Databases (e.g. MSSQL Server) and SQL
• Good working knowledge of: .
  • NET / VB.NET concepts used within RPA tools
  • APIs and web services (REST/SOAP)
  • Version control (Git, Azure DevOps or equivalent)
• UiPath or N8N certification is highly preferred.
• Practical experience designing and delivering Agentic AI solutions in enterprise environments will be advantageous;
• Diploma / Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent
• Exposure in financial industry with good working experience and understanding of various business processes within securities and futures brokering.
