Job Description
STORE OPERATIONS
- Oversees and ensures smooth day-to-day activities of branches which include sales achievement, customer service, and deliveries.
- Monitors employee performance for all branches which involves mentoring employees, monitoring daily tasks, enforcing disciplinary actions, and coordinating these with management.
- Recommends strategies and/or activities to improve overall sales performance for each branch.
- Able to present, pitch, and manage a pool of industrial clients
- Manages client feedback and ensures customer satisfaction
STORE and ONLINE MARKETING
- Proposes and executes sales and marketing promotions to boost sales and decrease inventory
- Ensures product displays are always updated and neatly presented in all stores.
- Updates product catalogue and website from time to time
- Creates a seamless online to offline marketing strategy and spearheads execution of these plans
- Finds ways to increase awareness and engagement of the Keystone brand on its website and social media accounts
NEW VENTURES AND OTHER BUSINESS NEEDS
- Identifies potential new locations and spearheads branch openings
- Assists in the execution of new projects and new ventures
- Assists in other related duties from time to time
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 5 years related work experience
- Experience in training and managing people (sales staff)
- Willing to do store visits and occasional fieldwork
- Proficient in English
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Able to relate with people across various levels
- Keen on details
- Strategic
- Problem solving skills
- Creative
- Fast learner
- Customer service oriented
- Able to multi-task
- Photography Skills is an advantage
- Basic Photo and Video Editing Skills are an advantage
