About the Role
As a Growth Marketing Associate, you'll help grow Kalibrr's reach by developing partnerships, executing marketing campaigns, and identifying new opportunities to engage both jobseekers and employers.
A key focus of this role is building strategic partnerships with universities, student organizations, professional associations, and industry groups to strengthen Kalibrr's presence within key communities. You'll work closely with internal teams to execute campaigns, organize events, and support initiatives that position Kalibrr as the preferred career platform for students, young professionals, and employers alike.
Key Responsibilities
Growth Marketing
- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Assist in initiatives that drive jobseeker & recruiter user acquisition, engagement, and brand awareness.
Strategic Partnerships
- Help build and maintain partnerships with universities, student organizations, professional associations, and other community partners.
- Coordinate partnership activities, events, and collaborative campaigns.
- Identify new opportunities that expand Kalibrr's reach and visibility.
Content & Communications
- Create content for social media, newsletters, email campaigns, blogs, and marketing materials.
- Support the development of campaign messaging and promotional content.
- Events & Community Engagement
- Assist in organizing career fairs, workshops, webinars, campus activities, and employer events.
- Represent Kalibrr at events and help strengthen relationships with partners and communities.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience in marketing, partnerships, community management is a huge plus!
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities.
- Comfortable working across multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willing to travel for shoots, meetings, events, and partnership activities when needed.
- Passionate about helping students and professionals succeed in their careers.
Preferred Qualifications
We're especially interested in candidates who have demonstrated leadership beyond the classroom.
Ideal experiences include:
- Leadership roles in university organizations or student government.
- Active involvement in organizations such as Aiesec, Rotaract, Enactus, Junior Marketing Association, or similar student and professional organizations.
- Existing relationships within universities, student organizations, or professional networks.
- Experience in partnerships, sponsorships, business development, or community-building initiatives.
