Job Description

We are looking for a hunter.

Your job is simple: find companies that are hiring, start conversations with them, understand their hiring problems, and close deals.

You will own the entire sales process from prospecting to closing.

This role is not for someone who waits for leads. It is for someone who actively looks for opportunities and turns them into revenue.

What You Will Do

  • Find companies that are hiring and identify decision makers such as HR leaders and recruiters.
  • Reach out to potential clients through email, LinkedIn, calls, and other outbound channels.
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and understand their hiring challenges.
  • Demonstrate how Kalibrr can help them hire better talent.
  • Prepare business proposals tailored to each client and negotiate commercial terms and close deals.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects and opportunities.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.

Expected Activity Levels

This is a high activity sales role.

Typical weekly activity includes:

  • 50 to 80 outbound messages
  • 20 to 30 prospecting calls
  • 8 to 12 discovery meetings
  • 3 to 5 product demonstrations

Minimum Qualifications

  • Comfortable presenting and demonstrating software to clients.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Highly organized and disciplined in managing sales activities.

    Following qualifications will help you stand out:
  • Experience in B2B sales, selling software or SaaS products
  • Experience managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
  • A strong track record of consistently hitting or exceeding sales targets.

Compensation

Base salary with uncapped commission and performance incentives.

High performers can significantly increase their earnings through commissions.
