- Plan and develop event & activation concepts
- Manage event timeline, budget, vendors, and production
- Coordinate with internal teams, partners, KOLs & Communities
- Handle on-ground event execution from setup to wrap-up
- Monitor event performance and create post-event reports
Minimum Qualifications
- 2-4 years experience in event marketing / brand activation / experiential
- Creative, organized, and detail-oriented
- Strong communication & project management skills
- Proactive, problem-solver, and hands-on
- Comfortable working on weekends / outside office hours when events require
- Experience in F&B, FMCG, lifestyle or retail is a plus
