Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Analysts that will play a key role in supporting the implementation of a Customer Data Platform (CDP) by collaborating with stakeholders, understanding business requirements, and ensuring the effective translation of business needs into technical solutions. The role involves analyzing customer data sources, documenting processes, and helping to define system integrations to ensure a seamless implementation of the CDP.
Responsibilities:
> Undergo genba-level assessment activities
> Document mapping of operations and user requirements (UR) documentation
> Document the customer journey map
> Cover initial implementation activities
Minimum Qualifications
Qualifications:
> Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or Business, Engineering or any related field.
> Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on Customer Data Platform (CDP) implementations.
> In-depth knowledge of Customer Data Platforms and their integration with other solutions.
> Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:
> Experience with Customer Data Platforms (e.g. Tealium, Salesforce, etc.) is preferred.
> Knowledge in process mapping and process design.
> Familiarity with data integration, and customer analytics is beneficial.
> Keen attention to detail.
> Excellent written and oral communication skills.
> Experience and familiarity with Agile methodology.
