The team you will be part of

Our Merchandising & Creative Team brings brands and products to life through compelling visuals and on-brand storytelling. From graphic design and content creation to product presentation and campaign assets, the team crafts experiences that captivate and convert. With a keen eye for aesthetics and a strong understanding of digital commerce, we transform ideas into visuals that drive engagement, elevate brands, and enhance the online shopping journey.

The part you will play

We are looking for an experienced Content Associate who has broad knowledge in the publishing and maintenance of products from e-commerce platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, Zalora, Tiktok, and Shopify. You will also be responsible for helping the Content Head to optimize product listings, manage and develop innovative and effective solutions to ensure superior content quality for our clients.

As a Content Associate, you will take charge of:

• Preparing products’ content details and ensure completeness and accuracy of information prior to uploading
• Supporting optimization initiatives on content information (product name, product description, attributes, etc) and improvement of Content Score
• Be the champion for quality assurance
• Initiating product researches and identify gaps on product information, key attributes, SEO, etc., and facilitate improvement plans
• Collaborating closely with Key Account Managers in supporting campaign related updates
• Supporting the Content Head in project planning and process improvements

What we are looking for - the ideal profile

• Excellent communication and remarkable research skills
• Results-oriented & great attention to detail
• Basic HTML coding
• Basic skills in Adobe Photoshop and XD
• Ability to prioritize, manage time and projects
• Fluency in English with good verbal and written skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel or similar programs
• Experience in working with Lazada, Zalora, and Shopee is an advantage
• Familiarity with Asana is a plus
