The Finance Director will lead and take ownership of the Group’s finance function, providing Management and the Board with strong financial oversight, analysis and strategic support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead financial management, controls, analysis and management reporting, with a strong focus on margins and profitability
- Own budgeting, cash management, sales forecasting and scenario planning
- Establish and monitor key financial KPIs, including receivables, billings and cash flow
- Oversee tax, audit, compliance and financial risk management
- Advise on capital allocation, including foreign exchange, investments, dividends and retirement funding
- Support strategic financial planning, including Group structure and business valuation
- Develop clear and meaningful financial reporting for Management and quarterly Board meetings
- Lead and develop the existing finance and accounting team
Minimum Qualifications
- Senior finance leadership experience, ideally as a Finance Director, Head of Finance or similar role
- Strong financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting and management reporting experience
- Strong understanding of Philippine tax, audit and financial compliance
- Commercially minded and able to provide strategic financial advice to senior management and shareholders
- Experience leading and developing a finance/accounting team
- Comfortable working in a hands-on environment and building/improving financial processes and reporting
- CPA qualification preferred
