Associate Project Lead  

Account Management

• Oversee key SMB partner accounts and cultivate long-term, trust-based relationships
• Consult with partners to assess their needs and articulate the benefits of the partnership
• Drive partner growth and revenue through targeted promotions and expansion initiatives
• Assess partner business requirements and tailor product solutions accordingly
• Suggest suitable company products and services to enhance partnership value
• Assist with collections activities to maintain compliance standards
• Ensure account records are accurate, complete, and regularly updated
• Keep up to date with product knowledge, service offerings, and market developments
• Research industry trends and gather competitive insights
• Champion the client's interests to enhance their overall partnership experience

Client Management

• Attend and contribute to meetings involving clients and merchant partners
• Act as the point of contact between clients and merchant partners for project-related matters
• Compile and deliver reports as required by clients
• Perform on-site visits regularly to oversee day-to-day operations

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field
• 1 to 2 years of experience supervising* or leading a team of at least 5 people
• Proven skills in sales, account management, and client relationship building
• Excellent communication and people management skills
• Has strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and reporting abilities
• Able to build good relationships and work well with clients and team members
• Willing to work onsite and conduct regular fieldwork
• Earn up to 15-25k monthly performance incentives
