- Utilize various recruitment channels to attract qualified candidates.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future openings.
- Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and fit for the position.
- Support HR Supervisor in implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Perform ad hoc tasks as needed
Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

At least 1 year experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a specialized role.

Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and interviewing methods.

Experience in both corporate and external hiring setups.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Amenable to work in a hybrid setup. (2x a week work onsite)
