Sales
- Merchant Acquisition: Identify and onboard potential merchants within the specified
- sectors to expand our user base.
- Consultative Selling: Understand the specific needs of merchants and recommend
- appropriate digital payment solutions.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with
- merchants to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Technical Demonstrations: Educate merchants on our system's features, including
- hardware operation and portal navigation
- Sales Visits & Canvassing: Conduct daily in-person sales calls and visits.
- Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to
- maintain a competitive advantage.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales activities, merchant feedback, and market
- insights.
Client Management
- Lead client meetings, address project concerns, manage deadlines, and report on BDO performance.
Minimum Qualifications
- College graduate of any related course
- Should be based in Metro Manila and familiar with nearby areas
- Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills required
- Must be detail-oriented, presentable, creative thinker, a team player, and possess excellent communication skills
- Has at least 1-4 years work experience specializing in Sales / Product Management/ Lead Generation
- Has at least 1-2 years of supervisory experience
- Amenable to do fieldwork and work onsite
