Key Account Specialist  

1. GMA store coverage across all MDC branches which will provide the following:
a. Focus NPD enrolled products monitoring aligned w/ channel KPI:
-store availability/distribution
- store touchpoints
- state reasons if not available (WHY?) and recommend next steps for reordering
- initiate re-order negotiation in alignment w/ merch
- provide monthly distribution reports to track movement of availability
- Can align w/ detailers
b. Monitor enrolled must carry products aligned w/ channel KPI, coordinating w/ Ley & merch partners.
c. Provide information and proper alignment to merch regarding opportunities on rentals then later negotiate
w/ branch managers alignment w/ Amor.
d. Close working alignment w/ merch, Coordinators, Amor and Ley + monthly GA presence.
e. Include PMII indicator accounts for monitoring aligned w/ merch coverage.
f. Provide insights on competitor activities.

2. Monthly deep-dive MST analysis for performance reporting.
- Share moving distribution rate for core products.
- RDM to share file on required reports.

3. Once a week office reporting for admin work.
-Once a week, preferably every Tuesday (1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month).

What We're Looking For:

-Professional, presentable, and can follow instructions.

-With confident, clear, and effective communication skills.

-Prior experience as a Coordinator is a plus.

-Preferably familiar with drug stores operations.

-Preferably with own vehicle/motorcycle (okay if comfortable commuting).

-Equipped with skills in Excel, PowerPoint, data analytics

-Detail-oriented, analytical, and can interpret data and store concerns.

-Has strong interpersonal skills and a pleasing personality.

-Willing to be trained and with a great attitude.

-Can handle pressure and maintain professional communication with clients.

-Preferably college graduate but college level (undergrad) may apply.

-Metro Manila resident preferred (will cover North GMA and South GMA).
