HR Recruitment Associate  

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruitment Associate to manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying top talent, coordinating interviews, and supporting hiring managers to meet staffing needs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

1. Post job openings on job boards, social media, and company platforms

2. Source candidates through databases, networking, and referrals

3. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline

4. Review resumes and shortlist qualified candidates

5. Conduct phone and in-person interviews

6. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers

7. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process

8. Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience

9. Maintain recruitment records and applicant tracking systems

10. Work closely with department managers to understand hiring needs

11. Provide regular updates on recruitment progress

12. Assist in preparing job offers and employment contracts

13. Coordinate onboarding processes for new employees

14. Ensure all required documentation is completed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 2 years proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition thru different colleges and universities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple vacancies
• Familiarity with job portals and applicant tracking systems (Kalibrr, Linkedin, Jobstreet, Indeed, Jora).

Work Location: In person
