E Commerce Account Specialist  

As the E-commerce Account Specialist, you will be pivotal in managing our online presence across various e-commerce platforms, including Shopee, Lazada, Zalora, and Shopify. Your responsibilities will extend to coordinating closely with the Marketing and Merchandising Planning and Control Department to ensure alignment between online sales strategies and overall business objectives.

Job Description:

1. E-commerce Platform Wizardry:

• You'll be the master of our online storefronts, ensuring they flawlessly showcase our latest trends and collections.

• Dive deep into each platform's unique features to optimize product listings, from catchy titles to irresistible images.

2. Heartfelt Collaboration with Marketing and Merchandising:

• Work hand-in-hand with our creative minds in Marketing to align our online sales strategies with the captivating campaigns they craft.

• Collaborate closely with our Merchandising Planning and Control Department to ensure our online assortments are in sync with our offline offerings, creating a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

3. Data Whisperer and Strategy Savant:

• Hamess the power of data to uncover insights that drive our online sales strategies forward

• Translate numbers into actionable plans, whether tweaking our promotional calendar or refining our product assortment.

4. Customer Care Champion:

• Embrace every customer interaction as an opportunity to create a memorable experience.

• Listen, empathize, and go above and beyond to resolve any issues our customers may encounter, turning them into lifelong fans of Fashion Fusion.

5. Team Player Extraordinaire:

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, Retail Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in e-commerce, online retail, marketplace operations, or related fields, preferably with supervisory or leadership experience.
• Hands-on experience managing e-commerce platforms and marketplaces such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Zalora, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce operations, online merchandising, promotions, pricing, vouchers, campaign execution, and marketplace processes.
• Experience monitoring e-commerce KPIs, sales performance, inventory, fulfillment, and customer service metrics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and experienced in preparing and analyzing business reports.
• Strong communication, coordination, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop team members.
• Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven e-commerce environment.
