Job Description of Finance Manager

1. Collect and consolidate financial data from different departments.
2. Develop and implement systems for tracking overhead, profit and loss and cash flow.
3. Build and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual profit and loss statements.
4. Oversee financial reporting processes and ensure data accuracy.
5. Create clear reports on overhead, expenses and profitability.
6. Automate or improve existing manual processes using Excel/ Google Sheets or reporting tools. Recommend and implement relevant software tools.
7. Lead the budgeting and forecasting process in collaboration with management.
8. Provide management with accurate and timely financial insights.
9. Analyze spending patterns and profitability across departments, channels and product lines.
10. Provide monthly and quarterly management reports with actionable recommendations.
11. Advise leadership on cost controls, profitability drivers, and financial risks.
12. Partner with the accounting team to ensure compliance and efficiency.
13. Do other duties/functions as may be assigned by the Company from time to time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting.
• Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with financial software tools.
• Proven ability to analyze financial data, track profitability, and prepare management reports.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and process automation.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work collaboratively across departments.
• Retail Apparel and Fashion or Garments Industry Preferred but not required.
• Willing and able to work on –site in Pasig City.
