Social Media Content and Creative Producer  

Overview:

The Social Media Content and Creative Producer will oversee the end-to-end content production process from brief to execution, working closely with internal teams, photographers, stylists, and external partners. This person will not produce content themselves but will be responsible for managing timelines, creative direction, team coordination, and output consistency across platforms.

What you’ll be doing:

• Lead the planning and execution of content for social media, digital marketing, and e-commerce.
• Collaborate with the brand, marketing, design, and photography teams to ensure content aligns with brand goals and aesthetics.
• Create clear content briefs, production timelines, and shot lists.
• Manage production schedules, locations, talent coordination, and internal/external creative resources.
• Oversee photo and video shoots, ensuring all deliverables meet brand quality standards.
• Ensure consistent brand storytelling across all channels and formats.
• Maintain an organized asset library and oversee post-production timelines and delivery.
• Coordinate approvals and revisions across departments.

What we are looking for:

• 3+ years of experience in content production, creative project management, or a similar role in fashion, retail, or lifestyle industries.
• Strong understanding of social media content strategy and visual storytelling.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Experience working with photographers, stylists, editors, and other creative professionals.
• Passion for fashion, design, and youth culture is a plus.
