Warehouse Supervisor  

About the Role: We are looking for a highly organized and results-driven Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. The Warehouse Supervisor will play a key role in maintaining the operational standards of the warehouse and supporting the efficient movement and storage of inventory. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work cross-functionally to ensure smooth warehouse operations.

What you will do:

1. Warehouse Security & Operations: Ensure the warehouse is secure and complies with company standards for safety, cleanliness, and operational efficiency.
2. Supervision: Oversee daily warehouse operations, including managing team performance, meeting operational standards, and ensuring a high level of productivity and safety.
3. System Improvement: Assist in identifying areas for improvement in warehouse systems, processes, and procedures, and supervise the implementation of necessary changes.
4. Inventory Management: Schedule and coordinate the movement of materials in and out of the warehouse to meet inventory needs. Collaborate with related departments to ensure proper inventory transfers.
5. Storage Area Maintenance: Maintain the organization of the storage area by adhering to storage design principles. Ensure the warehouse layout supports operational efficiency and safety.
6. Recommendations & Process Enhancements: Continuously evaluate warehouse processes and recommend improvements for better performance, safety, and cost-effectiveness.
7. Inventory Control: Conduct monthly physical inventory counts, reconcile variances, and input data into inventory management systems to ensure accuracy.
8. Data Input & Reporting: Accurately input inventory data and report discrepancies or issues as necessary.
9. Additional Duties: Perform other duties/functions as assigned by the company from time to time.

What we are looking for:

1. Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role in warehouse management.
2. Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
3. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
4. In-depth knowledge of warehouse operations, safety practices, and inventory management systems.
5. Ability to identify and implement process improvements.
6. Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
7. Proficient in data entry, inventory management software, and MS Office Suite.
8. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and moving inventory when required.
