Talent Manager  

We are looking for a proactive, relationship-driven, and media-savvy Talent Manager to lead podcaster onboarding, roster engagement, and creator development. In this role, you will be the primary advocate and strategic partner for our network's podcast hosts and creators. You will ensure seamless show launches, foster strong talent retention, coordinate brand integration requirements, and help creators scale their show's listenership and commercial value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, recruit, and onboard high-potential podcasters, influencers, subject matter experts, and media personalities to join the PNA roster.
• Serve as the main point of contact for network talent, offering strategic guidance on audience growth, content strategy, and show production best practices.
• Collaborate closely with the Brand Partnerships (Sales) and Account Management teams to pitch roster talent for brand sponsorships, host-read ad integrations, and campaign executions.
• Manage host onboarding workflows, talent agreements, royalty/revenue-share disclosures, and performance check-ins.
• Foster an active community among PNA creators by organizing network updates, talent workshops, co-hosting opportunities, and knowledge-sharing sessions.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2–4+ years of proven experience in Talent Management, Creator Relations, Influencer Marketing, Agency Account Management, or Media Production (preferably within digital media, podcasting, YouTube, or entertainment).
• Strong familiarity with the Philippine podcasting, creator economy, digital media, and social media landscapes.
• Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to manage diverse creator personalities, high-profile hosts, and talent managers.
• Highly organized with experience managing talent rosters, contract schedules, and multi-show campaign deliverables using Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, or CRM systems.
