Marketing Automation and Email Marketing Specialist Go High Level  

About the role

We are looking for a hands-on marketer who specializes in email marketing, marketing automation, and GoHighLevel (GHL). This role is responsible for building and optimizing email campaigns, automated workflows, and websites/landing pages within GHL, as well as connecting and managing third-party apps.

Key Responsibilities

Email Marketing

• Build, manage, and optimize email campaigns (broadcasts and automated sequences)
• Create nurture, trial/onboarding, follow-up, and re-engagement sequences
• Apply deliverability, segmentation, personalization, and compliance best practices
• Monitor performance and continuously optimize

GoHighLevel Automation & CRM

• Build workflows, triggers, pipelines, and automations
• Manage tagging, lead routing, lifecycle stages, and lead scoring
• Troubleshoot and ensure automation reliability

GHL Website & Funnel Builder

• Build and edit websites, landing pages, and funnels using GHL
• Implement forms, calendars, tracking, and conversion elements
• Ensure fast, mobile-responsive, conversion-focused pages

Integrations & Tech Stack

• Connect third-party tools via Zapier, APIs, or webhooks
• Ensure clean data flow across systems

Device Requirements:

Computer & Equipment

• Primary and backup computer with at least Intel Core i5 or AMD Ryzen 5, and 8GB RAM
• Web camera for meetings and check-ins
• Headset (preferably noise-canceling) for clear communication
• Internet Connection
• Primary: Minimum 30 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload
• Backup: At least 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload
• We promote the use of backup devices and internet connections to ensure uptime and continuity — essential for serving international clients across time zones.

Basic Monthly Salary: PHP 35,000 - 40,000

Who we are looking for:

• Have at least 2-3 years of experience in Marketing Automation and Email Marketing (Go High Level), or a similar role
• Strong experience with email marketing and GHL
• Experience building websites and funnels in GHL
• Experience with integrations and automation logic
• Email marketing and connecting across multiple channels (must have)
• GHL high proficiency (must have),
• Website editing in GHL (must have),
• SaaS experience (preferred)
• Dental industry/healthcare (preferred)
• Can work autonomously in a remote setup, with a quiet environment and your own reliable equipment
• Are comfortable using time-tracking tools during work hours
