We are currently hiring a Junior IT & Admin Assistant for one of our clients based in Cubao, Quezon City. We’re looking for someone reliable, hands-on, and comfortable taking on a mix of IT support, administrative work, and day-to-day operational coordination.
- Provide basic IT support, troubleshooting, and equipment setup.
- Assist with CCTV installation, monitoring, and basic maintenance.
- Update and maintain e-commerce inventory and product information.
- Coordinate with staff and provide management with regular operational updates.
- Assist with general administrative and operational tasks as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related course; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, networks, and troubleshooting.
- Comfortable handling basic CCTV setup and other office technology.
- Familiar with e-commerce platforms, inventory updates, or willing to learn.
- Organized, dependable, and able to handle different tasks throughout the day.
- Good communication skills and comfortable coordinating with both management and staff.
- Willing to work on-site in Cubao, Quezon City.
