Maintenance Crew Member  

Role Overview

The Maintenance Crew Member is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, orderliness, safety, and overall readiness of Prosmash facilities. The role supports daily club operations by ensuring that courts, common areas, restrooms, changing areas, and other assigned facilities are clean, well-maintained, properly stocked, and ready for members and guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning and sanitizing of Prosmash facilities, including padel court areas, reception and lounge areas, restrooms, changing areas, pantry/service areas, storage areas, and other assigned spaces.
• Maintain the cleanliness and proper presentation of the club throughout operating hours.
• Conduct routine checks of assigned areas and report any maintenance, facility, equipment, plumbing, electrical, or safety issues to the appropriate supervisor.
• Assist with basic upkeep and minor maintenance tasks within the scope of the role.
• Restock cleaning materials, restroom supplies, drinking water, and other operational consumables as needed.
• Ensure waste bins are regularly emptied, properly disposed of, and maintained in a clean and sanitary condition.
• Assist in keeping padel court surroundings and player areas clean, organized, and free from unnecessary hazards or obstructions.
• Check and safely address wet or slippery courts, clean glass and turf using approved procedures, removing debris, check nets and court surroundings, and immediately close or escalate unsafe areas.
• Help maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance tools, cleaning equipment, supplies, and designated storage areas.
• Assist with the preparation and upkeep of club facilities before opening, during operations, and after closing as required.
• Support the team in maintaining the overall appearance and readiness of the club for members, guests, events, and other club activities.
• Provide basic assistance to members and guests when needed and refer requests or concerns to the appropriate Prosmash team member.
• Complete required daily housekeeping, facility inspection, and maintenance checklists.
• Report immediately any condition that may pose a safety risk to members, guests, employees, or the facility.
• Perform other reasonable maintenance and facility-support duties as may be assigned by the supervisor or management.

Work Schedule

• 6 days per week, subject to the club's operational requirements.
• Shifts may include morning, mid, or closing shifts depending on operational needs and weekly coverage.
• Schedule may vary depending on club activities, events, peak operating periods, and staffing requirements.
• Assigned work location will be at the designated Prosmash Club (Makati)
• May be required to report earlier or stay later when necessary for opening, closing, events, or other operational requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Previous experience in housekeeping, janitorial work, or facility maintenance preferred.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning, sanitation, and general facility upkeep
• Basic maintenance skills in areas such as plumbing, electrical, equipment, or minor repairs are an advantage.
• Physically fit & reliable, with the ability to perform routine cleaning, lifting, and maintenance tasks.
