Audit Associate  

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Entry-Level Audit Associate (Cycle Count Focus) to support our inventory audit operations. The primary responsibility of this role is to perform accurate cycle counts and ensure inventory records match physical stock. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, reliable, and comfortable using a computer for basic data entry and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily/weekly/monthly cycle counts of inventory in assigned areas.
• Compare physical counts with system records and identify discrepancies.
• Accurately record count results into the inventory system or audit sheets.
• Assist in investigating and resolving inventory variances.
• Maintain organized and accurate audit documentation.
• Follow audit procedures and report any irregularities to the supervisor.
• Support basic administrative tasks related to inventory audit as needed.

• Basic computer skills — ability to use email, spreadsheets, and inventory systems.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good communication skills.

• Ability to work with minimal supervision once trained.

• Comfortable working in a warehouse or stockroom environment.
