Job Description
- As Creative Director, it will be your responsibility to lead the creative output of your business unit and oversee.
- Drive the performance of each member of the team.
- Your focus will be split between strategic & creative conceptualization.
- Evaluating the ideation and craft of the team, with the addition of creating value added services in terms of creatives.
Minimum Qualifications
- Degree in marketing, advertising, or design
- 2 years plus experience in marketing on creatives at an agency
- Understanding of paid media/social media ad networks and creative best practices
- Proficiency in technical tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to develop assets in fast pace environment
