Our Client is one of the largest energy companies in South East Asia and we are developing their Customer-facing system, including a number of front-end applications built using different mobile and web technology stacks.
We are looking for a Product Analyst to act as the functional and application knowledge specialist for all front-end platforms.
This role is responsible for:
- maintaining official product documentation
- supporting first and second-line operational queries
- and organising structured training** for internal and external stakeholders.
As the number and complexity of user-centric, digitised business flows increases, the Product Analyst will play a key role in ensuring that all participants in these flows can understand and use the applications quickly, accurately, and consistently.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand existing and newly introduced user flows
- Analyse application behaviour from both functional and UX perspectives
- Maintain a holistic view of end-to-end user journeys across multiple front-end applications
- Create, maintain, and continuously improve the full set of application manuals, including visual models and diagrams
- Ensure that documentation:
- accurately reflects current system behaviour
- is clear, structured, and usable by both technical and non-technical audiences
- evolves in step with new features, enhancements, and process changes
- Act as the single source of truth for front-end application usage and behaviour
- Leverage deep application knowledge and QA materials to:
- design and deliver structured training sessions for Client-side staff
- assist selected external Users in understanding their steps within digitised workflows
- Ensure training enables participants to familiarise themselves with their responsibilities quickly and effectively
- Serve as the primary point of contact for queries related to front-end platform operation
- Provide first and second-line support via chat channels, ad-hoc discussions, and scheduled meetings
- Systematically collect feedback, questions, and recurring issues, and feed insights back to QA, Development, and UX/UI teams for review and action
Minimum Qualifications
Essential
- Experience working with front-end applications*in a product, QA, business analysis, or support capacity
- Strong ability to analyse and explain user flows and business processes
- Proven experience creating and maintaining clear, structured documentation
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to translate technical concepts into user-friendly guidance
Desirable
- Experience supporting or training operational teams (e.g. customer service, inspectors, field staff)
- Familiarity with UX principles*and user-centric design
- Experience working in environments with digitised or automated business workflows
- Exposure to QA processes or test documentation
