- Financial Modeling & Forecasting - Build models in Excel or specialized software to project revenues, expenses, and cash flows.
- Investment Analysis - Evaluate stocks, bonds, or other investments for profitability and risk.
- Budgeting & Variance Analysis - Compare actual performance against budgets or forecasts and explain deviations.
- Valuation - Use methods like DCF (Discounted Cash Flow), comparable company analysis, and precedent transactions to estimate company value.
- Reporting - Prepare reports and dashboards for management, investors, or clients summarizing financial performance and key insights.
- Market Research - Study industry trends, competitor performance, and macroeconomic indicators.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).
- Has at least 3 yearsi in financial analysis, planning and reporting
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and has the ability to work under pressure
