Job Description
We're looking for a detail-oriented service manager to manage our service department and handle customer service interactions, reports, and repairs.
The service manager will be responsible for providing the highest level of customer service, developing lasting customer relationships, and managing the service team members.
The service manager maintains a strong working knowledge of all industry standards and practices as well as the company's products and services
Service Manager is also responsible in:
- Oversee and guide all activities of the Service team.
- QSS/PMS, GJ, and BP services management;
- Service revenue in peso sales per RO per month;
- Workshop Efficiency, Finished RO Releasing efficiency, Service Bay utilization rate;
- Compliance to Plant/Manufacturer, AUTOHUB/Company Aftersales standards, 5S, etc;
- Auditing work and customer service to ensure the company's high standards, efficiency, and productivity goals are met.
- Displays extensive working knowledge of industry standards and practices, including product details and company services offered
Minimum Qualifications
- With Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Automotive Technology, or any related course;
- With at least five (3) years experience in automotive aftersales;
- Must have demonstrated skills in Workshop/Service Management;
- Computer literacy and good organizational skills.
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, sales, and customer service skills.
- Willing to transfer /relocate when it is needed
- The ability to work under pressure and handle stress.
