Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Project Leadership: Lead end-to-end execution of cross-functional strategic initiatives, from initial scoping through successful delivery and impact measurement.
- Business Intelligence & Analysis: Conduct comprehensive research and analysis to support critical business decisions, developing data-driven recommendations for senior leadership.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with leadership teams across all brands to ensure strategic alignment, remove operational barriers, and maintain project momentum.
- Process Optimization: Identify and implement operational improvements that enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.
