- Verify and update patient insurance details, ensuring coverage, benefits, and eligibility are always accurate and up to date.
- Maintain meticulous records of every interaction, insurance verification result, and any follow-up needed.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in insurance information by collaborating with healthcare providers and insurance companies to address issues swiftly.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other relevant regulations, keeping patient confidentiality and data security as top priorities.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must have at least 6 months of experience in US Health Insurance in a BPO setting. Prior experience in Prior Authorization is preferred.
- Knowledge of US healthcare insurance, including various types of coverage, benefits, and common industry practices.
- Willing to work a graveyard shift and onsite.
- Must be amenable to work onsite at Eastwood, Quezon City.
