The Senior Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day production operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are consistently met. This role involves supervising production teams, monitoring processes, optimizing resources, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to achieve production targets and organizational goals.
Minimum Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Should be a Bachelor of Science graduate in Food Technology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering
- Should have received internal or external training regarding GMP, 5S, SSOP, ISO, HACCP principles
- Should have a basic knowledge about production management such as planning, organizing, communicating and directing.
- Preferably with formal training on Baking Science and Technology course.
