Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement

• Promote BillEase financing solutions directly to customers in partner retail stores.
• Explain product offerings clearly, including loan terms, installment options, and payment processes.
• Provide face-to-face assistance to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Loan Application Support

• Assist customers in creating and processing BillEase accounts.
• Guide clients through the loan application process step by step.
• Verify customer requirements and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Sales & Performance

• Achieve assigned sales and performance targets by converting customer interest into successful applications.
• Build strong relationships with partner merchants and customers to encourage repeat usage.
• Represent the BillEase brand professionally in all interactions.

Compliance & Reporting

• Ensure accurate documentation of customer details and transactions.
• Report daily activities, performance metrics, and customer feedback to supervisors.
• Uphold company policies and ethical standards in all sales activities

Qualifications
Education: at least finished SHS
Experience: Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus, but not required.
