Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and deploy security solutions such as firewalls, endpoint protection, SIEM, IAM, and data protection systems
- Provide technical support by troubleshooting, resolving, and closing security-related issues
- Monitor and maintain security systems to ensure they are running effectively
- Respond to security alerts, incidents, and vulnerabilities in a timely manner
- Perform system updates, patching, and regular health checks
- Document configurations, issues, and resolutions clearly
- Work with internal teams to ensure security solutions meet business needs
Minimum Qualifications
Education:
- BS Information Technology, BS Computer Science or other related course.
Preferred Certifications
- Check Point Certifications
- Fortinet Certifications
- Trellix Certifications
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent
Skills & Competencies
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Good understanding of security frameworks and best practices
- Ability to manage multiple support cases and projects simultaneously
- Strong oral and written communication skills
