Flavour Sales Manager  

Sales and Business Development

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the food, beverage, and related industries.
• Expand the customer base through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
• Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.

Product Promotion

• Present and demonstrate flavor products and applications to customers.
• Coordinate product sampling, trials, and technical presentations.
• Work closely with Technical teams to develop customized flavor solutions.

Account Management

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate flavor solutions.
• Conduct regular client visits to strengthen partnerships and identify new opportunities.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Food Technology, Chemistry, or a related field.
• At least 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in the food ingredients, flavor, beverage, FMCG, or manufacturing industry.
• Strong business development and key account management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel to meet clients and attend industry events.
