Job Description
- Maintain and develop positive relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns and events to boost sales.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets and report on sales performance regularly to management.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory levels.
- Engage with customers and promote our fragrance products to increase sales and drive brand awareness.
- Identify and target potential clients and retail partners to establish new business relationships.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the fragrance, beauty, or retail industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with a diverse range of customers.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational skills.
- Passion for fragrances and a good sense of scent and aesthetics.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Availability to travel to various locations for client meetings and events as needed.
