Prop Trader  

Enyo Trade is looking for experienced Prop Traders who can operate within a disciplined, rule-based trading environment. This is a hybrid opportunity for traders who are serious about long-term performance, capital preservation, and professional growth.

Selected traders will trade through a structured prop firm model and will be evaluated based on consistency, discipline, execution quality, and ability to protect capital. This is not a signals or analyst role. This is a real execution role for traders who can perform under clearly defined risk parameters.

Key responsibilities:
- Execute trades based on your own tested strategy within approved risk limits
- Trade under prop firm evaluation and funded account rules
- Follow strict daily loss, overall drawdown, and position sizing rules
- Maintain a clean trading journal and report trading activity accurately
- Demonstrate discipline, patience, emotional control, and professional decision-making
- Focus on consistent performance rather than high-risk behavior

Compensation is performance-oriented and profit-driven. Candidates who are looking only for a fixed salary may not be the right fit for this role.

- At least 2 years of active trading experience in forex, gold, indices, or other liquid markets
- Strong understanding of risk management, drawdown control, and position sizing
- Prior prop firm, funded account, or personal live trading experience is strongly preferred
- Ability to follow strict rules and trade with discipline under performance pressure
- Good English communication skills are required
- Professional mindset, emotional control, and consistency are essential
- Candidates must be comfortable with a performance-based earning structure rather than a fixed salary-only setup
