- Create visually engaging designs for digital and print materials
- Develop social media graphics, marketing materials, presentations, brochures, advertisements, and other promotional content
- Design and maintain brand-consistent visual assets for Elite Translations
- Collaborate with the marketing and management teams to develop creative concepts and campaigns
- Create graphics and visual content for websites, social media platforms, email campaigns, and other digital channels
- Edit photos, videos, and other multimedia content as needed
- Ensure all designs follow the company's branding guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity
- Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines and quality standards
- Research current design trends and identify creative opportunities to improve the company's visual presence
- Revise designs based on feedback from management and relevant teams
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Visual Communication, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Proven experience as a Creative Designer, Graphic Designer, Multimedia Designer, or similar role
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, design skills, and versatility
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, or equivalent tools
- Basic knowledge of video editing and motion graphics is an advantage
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and visual branding
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Creative, resourceful, and open to feedback
