• Develop and execute TikTok growth strategies to increase followers, engagement, and brand awareness.
• Monitor trends, challenges, and platform updates to capitalize on viral opportunities.
• Identify content formats that resonate with target audiences and drive performance.

Manage End-to-End Operations

• Oversee daily TikTok account operations, content scheduling, publishing, and community management.
• Coordinate with content creators, editors, designers, and marketing teams to ensure timely content delivery.
• Maintain content calendars and campaign timelines.

Analyze and Optimize Performance

• Track key metrics including views, engagement, follower growth, conversions, and ROI.
• Use data-driven insights to optimize content strategies and improve campaign performance.
• Provide regular reports and recommendations to stakeholders.

Build Creator & Influencer Partnerships

• Source, manage, and collaborate with influencers and content creators.
• Support campaign execution and partnership negotiations.
• Ensure content aligns with brand objectives and audience expectations.

• 3+ years of experience in TikTok management, social media operations, digital marketing, or content strategy
• Proven track record of growing TikTok accounts and driving engagement
• Deep understanding of TikTok trends, algorithms, creator ecosystems, and best practices
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies
• Excellent project management and stakeholder coordination skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, performance-driven environment
